If you have a job which requires you to use your physical abilities, it is worth taking the time for exercise. You can even do it after work if you don’t have the time. Even a quick walk can be a great way to get your blood flowing. You can also choose to use the stairs as an alternative to the elevator at work. Be sure to stretch every time you take a stairway.

It’s never too early to start a physical exercise program, regardless your age. As you get older, it becomes more important to stay physically fit so that you can remain independent and able to take care of yourself. No matter how fit you are now, it never hurts to continue to improve and stay in shape. Before beginning any type of exercise, it is important that you consult your physician. Remember to take breaks during any physical activity, no matter how strenuous.
